Canker sores on tongue

Asked for Male, 29 Years

I have been suffering form more than 3 months. Mouth or Tongue Ulcer. Left side of the tongue has a small whole and around has white color layer spreading front side of the tongue. Tongue color of the upper part is yellow white . there is no pain when I eat food only that time I feel .
