Tooth and Mouth Problems

I had undergone orthodental treatment at 22yrs to reduce gap between 2 teeth upper jaw. wore braces for 1 yr & retainer for 6months. but gap relapsed. I am 28 yrs now. what would you recommend? i dont want to go for braces again. will veneers help permanently?what would be the approx cost for the entire treatment in the higher end, including all pros & cons?

Grade 3 mobility of 47 tooth no. is there. Can it be saved by surgery and grafts?......................

From three- four days my front two teeths have more sensitive, while eating it does cause any pain but normally it's paining. When i press my teeths it feels relax.im nothing understanding what is wrong with my teeths.

I am having acute episodes of tooth aches since last two days, earlier it was around lower jaw molars now the molar is almost pain free but a more acute pain has started around lower incisors .is it a non dental pain,what can I do to improve my condition since I am travelling right now and has no access to a dentist.No trauma or prior dental problem history.
