Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have done an RCT for my upper molar but the filling had chipped off and the old cavity runs deep. What should be done?

I am having swollen gum and pain around a tooth but no tooth ache as such but it is hurting when i am trying to chew any food or put pressure in the tooth. Please help what exactly is the problem. Thank u in advance.

I am experiencing gum receeding issue in lower front jaw coz of which my lower front teeth has become a bit mobile. What would you suggest? My age is 28.
