Tooth and Mouth Problems

Had a hole in one of my tooth which is causing some pain. It took place 2 months ago . I tried by applying ointment and used to brush daily . But now it's in severe condition.

There's a big gap between my middle teeth and otherside also which makes me very embarrese among the folks while i laugh.second issue is my teeth is also a little bit in outside position,but generally i don't have any problem with that i just want a perfect treatment of my teeth,which should be under my bugget

I had got my right lower wisdom tooth extracted through surgery 1 and half months ago. Now all of a sudden I am experiencing pain in the jaw bone. My cheeks are also swollen in that area. The extracted area hasn't even closed fully. I have started dolo 650 as advised by my dentist. Have got the xray done. What could b the probable reason for pain ?
