Dear sir
myself nirbhay kumar age 29. last one i have some pain in my neck and from today onwards i am not able to eat or drink anything properly like before. my lips are not closing properly .kindly advis

From what you explaining it should be a tonsillitis problem or allergy. Difficult in swallowing and eating is rare from dental pain. Get a xray done from your nearby dentist to rule out dental problem
