Dental problem
One of my milk teeth is not fallen and the teeth behind it is grow up & affected from cavity.sometimes there is a lot of pain there going through the x-ray dentist suggested for the implants but I don't want to extract the natural teeth.what is the best treatment for me.refer attached photos.

Please consult an orthodontist for correction of your malocclusion/ crowding. If needed than removal of your deciduous (milk) teeth and place brackets for alignment of crowding.
