I am 17 years old and since so many years i have up with mouth full of saliva and have to spit it out before talking. I really want to get rid of it.please give suggestions.and tell me if it is normal.

Since so many years i have been waking up with my mouth full of saliva and have to spit it out before i could talk.also if i start feeling that saliva has started collecting in my mouth and still i am awake then i spit it and eat something which makes me feel normal but still when i sleep i start drooling. Is it normal
