Tooth and Mouth Problems

I am feeling pain in gums and there is swelling in gums too, if I use hot and saline water, then pain decreases, thanks

Little bit pain while pressing some hard thing. I thing my has overcome of my teeth and hence its been paining so, i want the feeling ti be done again.

I have been taking bicosul for ulcer inside lips but not been relieved from pain. Also, have applied all kinds of gel. Please let me know any good medicine urgently.
