Tooth and Mouth Problems

Sir 3 months back i had an byke accident my frontal teeth broken half and 2 days on words ita paining

Hi, I am 25 year old. My wisdom teeth on lower jaw when trying to grow is pain as the space it need to com out of gums in not sufficient. Could you please suggest something

I have been suffering from critical mouth ulcers problem since a week. Now a days it is occurring very frequently and cause too much of pain. I need a permanent treatment for this problem

I just tool dental chrckup and dentist suggested to go for root canal, i wanted to know if filling will eork in this case. X ray is attached, upper left side teeth

I have been paining since last 2 days Gums over wisdom tooth some what swallowed , also feel pain while touching jaw. No cavities are there in teeth. Not sure to consult with dentist or general physician. Suggest some medicine

I dont have any pain but i am feeling sensitivity from last 2 week, i can eat from that side but some food gets stuck there.

I'm keeping my braces for abt an year now.. But due to shifting of my house I couldn't go regular fr regular checkups... I hav shifted to new place.. Plz let me knw how to continue my treatment

Only Right side of jaw clicks when i eat but no pain its been 2 months and my dentist says it will b ok because their is no pain n she checked my all teeth their is no bad bite but she gave custom made night guard to wear at night if i clench my teeth for that its all started when i start to eat carrots for 8 9 days then i stoped it any suggestion.

The teeth which is growing sideways  made a cut in the cheeks and the skin has become a black pepper size lump. Wisdom teeth has stopped bothering now but skin lump is causing irritation. Which doctor should i co sult? Please help.
