My gum is hurting m not able to sleep as well tried crocin and now ib bfrufin 400. But still its the same

Medicines take half hour to 45 mins and you might have to repeat them . Crocin 4-6 hours snd brufen 8 hours. Gargle with salt in lukewarm water. See a dentist today
