Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have some white pimple in my mouth and head feel weighted and there is a little bit of pain in my frontier teeth

She just recently have toith extraction and she's experiencing jaw pain from the opposite side of the tooth extraction. Was there a crack in her jaw? The tooth extraction was lower left molar tooth and the jaw connecting the head the right upper jaw near the right ear is aching whenever she opwns the mouth. Was there a fracture aince she mention she heard cracking sound while the doctor was pulling her tooth

A bump or blister on my lower lip photo is attached, In October 2016 having same problem but its cure after treatment on that time dr. Says its a cyst. Now its cames again. My question is it may cyst or samthing else, can its harmfull and how it may it cure. Please give me a suggestion for better treatment.

I got punched in the right side of my face 2days ago and I have a bad paid on the right side of my jaw but I can still open it and close it. No swelling and also no bleeding or drooling. Just want to know if it's dislocated or fractured and will it heal on its own.
