Tooth and Mouth Problems

Dear sir . My problem is my mouth is not opening properly due to chewing pan masala since 6 year . When I tried to open it . There is a pain on my mouth . Now a days I quit chewing pan masala but still it doesn't open . And also consult me how to clean my teeth and make healthy. Only two fingers are going inside my mouth . I want to entered all three finger . So plz consult me how can I get relief from it. I stopped chewing pan masla from 1 month .... thanks

I got my wisdom tooth extracted 12days ago..But after 12 days still I have a lump like feeling on my jaw Bone..I applied the heat pad for that..Is it right to apply the heat pad ???How much time it will take to get recover fully so that my jaw Bone will be like normal as before??? Please help me out

Hello I'm Kamlesh and I'm from Sirohi Rajasthan. When I was in my childhood I drink flouride water because that is the only water available in the town. The quantity of flouride intake exceed then bring to the cavity smile. I did every possible way. I brush my teeth 2 a day. I consulte with a doctor he said that it's payariya. It's being to me the permanent strain on teeth. Any solution Please help me

I didn't use to brush my teeth properly as a kid. Now, my teeth have turned yellow despite being brushed daily. My gums bleed too.

I can't speak flunet .. my voice is not clear...many word I can't speak in a sound.
