My gums bleed while brushing and also at anytime during the day. I brush two times a day daily and also use a mouthwash at night. What should I do to resolve this?

NUMBNESS in TONGUE
My lower left wisdom tooth was extracted on 9th September by cutting bone. Stitches have been provided there. I can't feel my left portion of tongue. When I try to press left portion of tongue with my teeth, I don't feel anything.
