Pain originating from a bad tooth that I haven't had the time or the funds to get removed. Infection seems to be occuring.

Dear sir/mam, Is it possible to change my dentist for my braces treatment because I have to change my location in every three-four months due to my job. My braces was first put on 28 June,2017. Now its almost 3 months.  One of my friend suggested that she used tads ( implants) and after then she has to visit in 6 months, but according to my dentist, I had to visit every month after using implants too. So,is there any method by which I can visit orthodontist after every three months instead of visiting after every one month because I am unable to consult dentist after every one month?? Can implants really solve my problem? Or should I change my dentist and consider other experienced dentists? Please reply as soon as possible.

Actually my father (Mr. Ramesh Kumar Jain ) aged 50 year facing this problem last 2 years . He is feeling difficulty in speaking and sound doesn't come out properly. In the morning when he take water in his mouth and throw it out split is bit reddish in gum (kuf) What should I do
