Your description points towards multiple causes of the pain and discomfort. It seems from your description that both the teeth and gums are affected and need immediate objective treatment before the symptoms aggravate further. Medications are only going to provide temporary symptomatic relief unless the exact diagnosis is established after a proper clinical examination and the right treatment is instituted accordingly.
Delaying the treatment will definitely not be recommended at any cost.
