Going by the description that you have mentioned it seems that both your wisdom tooth and the second molar are affected and both will require different treatments for their problems. Hello, you can see an oral surgeon and confirm the position of the wisdom tooth.If it is not in a favourable position,get it removed and get the adjacent decayed teeth restored too.
