Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have a hard lump on floor of mouth on the right side which is painless for More than 2 weeks now Sir,mam can you please look into the attachment and tell me if it looks like a tumor/cancer i am really scared !! Or is it a normal gland that is swollen Sometimes i have tightness on right side of throat maybe cuz i touch my throat area and this hard lump a lot with my fingers and tongue. Please have a look at the attachment.
