Tooth and Mouth Problems

I got a cavity filled in my molar teeth 2 years back ( it was very deep cavity reaching almost to the surface of the teeth). Now, the filling is getting removed and I need to visit a dentist before the entire filling is removed and the surface is exposed. My question is, will the dentist remove the remaining filling and do the new filling or the new filling would be done over the remaining filling?

I got my rct done 3 yrs back, now the crown has come out along with a piece of tooth. Consulted with the dentist he is asking for porting to be done. But I am scared of doing this treatment, now my canal filling is open and exposed. I am not able to chew from that side. I have no problem if the tooth goes but don't want any further treatment, please advice me.

Pls suggest some tooth paste for 1 year 9 months old kid. Thanks in advance.

I have noticed a space in m y teeth would be able to help me out to whole I should consult only dentist or else.

My mother is suffering from mouth ulcer from last 8years, she cannot eat slightly spicy food and she is diabetic from last 7 years.
