Tooth and Mouth Problems

I feel some bumps on mouth roof from 3 moths without pain . How can I cure this situation.w hat type of test should I do?

I'm grinding my teeth during sleep at night !! When I consulted a dentist he suggested that I get my teeth clipped .. will that be a permanent solution to stop teeth grinding ??.. my front teeth are like lower line is front and upper line is behind !!!

My front teeth are bulging out a bit, probably because in sleep i am putting pressure with my tongue. Retainers might be a good option to wear before sleep. How much does a removable retainers cost??

Hello, I have been diagnosed with hypoparathyroidism since 7 or 8 years of age. Have been on calcium supplements and vitamin d since then. Every time I have calcium and phosphate blood tests, they are in normal range. Have been taking gemcal and a to z (substitute of cobadex) daily and  lupi d3 every sunday. Lately started having tooth infections and  chipped teeth every 15 days. Have been using enafix but again tooth good chipped today. Any kind of help/advice would be of use. Thanks.

I have a problem of one side cheek swellon no pain n i went to medical shop n they give a tablet after using that tablet swellon became more bt no pain

I have a tounge pain more than ten days. I had applied so much thing like gel or salt. But it'd not healing now I went to my ent doctor but he said its ulcer and nothing else

Small sores on tounge and few on throat. Mild pain in swallowing. Frequent dryness in mouth drinking lots of water and doing salt water gargles.

Done root canal treatment not capped hurts my last tooth at right back some times how to cure it .
