Tooth and Mouth Problems

Does this look like a tumor ? i have wisdom tooth erupting on the same side can that cause this swelling? i sometimes feel a tingling sensation on the side of my tongue and lower jaw. Does this look like cancer? should i be worried or this is due to the impacted wisdom tooth.

To put braces first my four teeth needs to be take off Is it save at the age of 17

I went to a doctor and dey tld extraction of teeth is reqd to hve braces. dey tld my 1st premolars wl b taken out.But I actually don't wnt my 1st premolar 2 b extrctd. i cn extract 2nd premolar as 1st is d only beautful teeth and also i wnt a little to go inside
