Tooth and Mouth Problems

While eating I bit off my tongue with teeth , resulting in to lump on the inner tongue please suggest me some immediate remedy

Sir my father has a mouth chala from 2 months. He had taken the medicine but no relax... What is the problem and how we can fix it...

I have had vitiligo on my lips for over 10 years now.it was confined to a small area on my lower lip till 10years,but suddenly last year it spread a little more and to my upper lip as well.my doctor prescribed me melgain,tacmod forte,l.d.lotion and exposure to sunlight.its been 2 months now but no improvement..please do help.this is so depressing!

I had cavity in my tooth long ago and my tooth decayed completely only root is visible it not paining what to do now

I have been told by my dentist that root of my baby tooth is coming out of my gums. And since it's painful i need to have it extracted. It's between 2nd premolar and 1st molar. So i had a question That only the root will be removed? Both of my premolar and molar will be as it is? Or they will extract it too?
