Tooth and Mouth Problems

I am 24 years old. i went to an orthodontist for getting braces. he told me that to put on the braces i need to get my 4 teeth removed. is it safe to remove the teeth? won't it cause any problem in the future? please suggest me whether i should go for it or not?

I use to get sudden pains in the teeth. Any home remedies to get some pain relief. There is no continuous pain... but suddenly some days it starts the pain

Hi, I am 25 years old. Because of the growth of my wisdom tooth, I have a severe toothache on the right side of the face. I haven't removed any wisdom tooth yet. My first one is growing now. Can I take Tramadol 50mg to get rid of this pain?

I am suffering from mouth ulcer since last 4 months, I applied Mucopain gel since last 3 months & taking Rinifol capsules twice a daily, but still the Ulcer is there. I can't have spicy food, or say even saulted food also. I have a pancreatic problem since 2015 for same digestion problem I m advised to take 4 tables of Pankreoflate 170 mg in between my lunch as well as dinner.
