Permanant teeth is growing
Hi doctor, my son Raghav has all his milk teeth. one day I have checked his permanant front teeth is growing in backside of existing milk teeth. so please suggest what should we do. we have to wait for some time more or remove his front milk teeth.

Whenever a pemanent teeth is erupting and its preceding milk teeth has not shed, you need to visit a dentist and get the milk teeth removed. Getting an orthodontist opinion also will help you asto why milk teeth isnt shedding on time.

That's normal. The teeth will move into position as the milk teeth exfoliate
