Tooth and Mouth Problems

Confusion regarding the fact that the doctor told me i have cavity in one place , then drilled in another- now there is dull , constant throbbing pain where he drilled and filled(middle lower,second last tooth) . Sharp pain on the "tip" of "same tooth"(2nd last one) where it connects with the next tooth(last one).This pain is on and off & sensitive to cold. And the last tooth hurts but its on and off low sharp pain and not sensitive to cold, probably because of wisdom tooth probing.
