Tooth and Mouth Problems

Seems like TMJ, jaw clicks on the left side when I open far enough, and deviates to that side. I also have a small overbite; does this incur from the problem I have in my jaw?

I've been facing tongue issues like sores,inflammation & patches quite frequent since last 2months .Also I've used so many medicines like oraflora,moktel,one can etc but got no satisfactory result . The most infected area is tongue tip & it keeps shifting from one side to other.I have got gastrointestinal issues. So plz guide what to do ?

Can impacted wisdom tooth cause tmj pain ? I have 3 impacted widom tooth (2 upper 1 lower) and I am experiencing tenderness on my right cheek, behind ears and joints. I have been advised to use CINA 200 for my son for grinding of teeth. The medicine is in liquid form and is used in the morning in empty stomach. Should the dosage be increased before bedtime also? I have noticed some reduction in grinding but not very appreciable.
