How can I remove bony margins, doctor has given me medicine and how much time it will take to remove

Yes she got tooth removed and now she complained me that tooth has broken and some part of tooth is still there and its pain

I was a smoker and I quit about a month ago. M having mouth ulcers on roof behind uvula. Although earlier they were red but now they are turning dull, I mean same as the colour of mouth skin. A Fed days ago during weather change I was having sore throat but now every thing looks fine. M still concern about ulcers, can you please suggest me what to do. Thanks allot.
