Im having white coating on tounge from 4 days...bitter mouth also...i went to ENT he said its lack of vitamins...im having vitamins but still no use...i stopped tobacco 3 months back...i dont have tatste problem...just white coating and bitter mouth im worried plz help

I have an extra incisor milk tooth which is disaligning the nearby teeth. Now, I am also having cavity in that extra tooth. I consulted a doctor which is advising me for that tooth extraction and then for cilp treatment. I want to know what would be the beat treatment for me and the costs for the clip treatment. Few days back , my tongue was bitten (by teeths ) and now after 2 days this all started ! The part was the uppert tip which was bitten and now have some red bumps ! It hurts alot If I like to eat or drink anything. I am in huge trouble ! Please help me ! Will it go on its own ? in how many days ! Or I should make an appointment? I'm using candid mouth paint to treat it. Is it okay ?
