Your 3rd molar is erupting. Something known as Operculectomy will help. If the x-rays show Mal aligned 3rd molar position then extraction is warranted.

It's d lower last tooth...if pain is too much u can go fr tooth removal...otherwise d doctor will prescribe u meds..if u want t know more about it...u can contact me
