Tooth and Mouth Problems

My 3and 8months old son is suffering mouth ulcers on tounge with severe pain.

I have had facial swelling on my cheek bone upper jaw line but no pain . You can see the difference in size. Had bottom jaw teeth removed last year 3 of them since then had clicking jaw issues in the morning . Really bad headaches , and flashing light in my eye also had a tingling sensation upper lip . Doctors say it’s trigeminal neuralgia but does it come with swelling ?

I have imacted(wisdom) teeth. Doctor prescribed DOLONEX DT. I dont have that much pain to take this tablet at night time. Can I take only antibiotic tablet to reduce swell on gum or do i need to take antibiotic with tablet DOLONEX to reduce the swell. Please suggest me on this. Because I dont want to use pain killer unnecessarily.
