Tooth and Mouth Problems

I hv been having the wisdom tooth ache since three days...it is swelled and the pain is unbearable wat should i do now

I have been having gum pain for a week or so and i have been using mybulen but it only takes the pain away for an hour and i cant sleep with this pain.

I have little spaces between few front teeth.What are good clear aligners available in India for correcting it

I am 20 years old,and I am having problem of jaw tightening since last one and half year.It actually started when my wisdom teeth started to come out from jaw with a weird feeling. Whenever I wanted to get rid of tightening by moving my jaws horizontally, I do hear a cracking sound .By doing so tightening vanishes for sometime,but at same time of cracking I feel pain. kindly tell me what to do and to whom I should consult

There is a hole in my gums right next to my lower wisdom teeth. What could be the cause for it? It doesn't hurt though.
