Do brushing with baking soda and table salt remove yellow plague on teeth. Does it solve bad breath problem. If so, is it temporary or permanent solution

Hi today I observed small ulcer on the back of third molar on the gum...it's painless ..I don't know how it is formed..I brush gently ..I don't eat any shard food items..I don't smoke etc..but I was in stress from many years ..am male 26

Good evening doctor, I am diabetic and bp patient. I am currently on glycomet 500mg and I am not under any medication for bp. I need to perform tooth extraction for 2 teeths'. Today I took up bp and sugar check up and my bp is 134/90 and fasting sugar is 113 and post parandial(pp)  sugar is 182. Is it safe for me to perform tooth extraction? Kindly guide me doctor. And I am married and still I don't have kids.

His right side gum is swelling inside the mouth.pain occurs if anything touch the right side of mouth.

Not able to chew anything due to the pain in the gum over the wisdom teeth. I can see the wisdom teeth is getting out a little. So, its cutting the gum over it. Any good solution would be appreciated.
