Tooth and Mouth Problems

Dear sir my teath is enamel was loss any food I have had I feel not comfortable in my teath what we do rectify the problem give me solution please

I have much flourosis in my all teeth.colour of my teeth is dark yellow and it convert in copper colour due to tooth decay. Sir i have prevent flourosi and how i can achieve smile.

I have bleeding gums since a while now.tried using sensodyne and other gum treatment toothpaste, do regular flossing and mouthwash. Please suggest solution.

Underneath my tongue I see two blue veins left and right And bumps which I’m not sure what they are. It doesn’t itches and I’m not in pain

One doctor has drilled my tooth to treat sensation problem. Another doctor did Rct in which he had left one canal unfilled. After one year it caused pus in that root. The same doctor assured me of treating it with 2nd RCT, but he didn't place cap this time. Again he did the same mistake of not filling one root. After one year there is a pus in that root and the tooth has fractured horizontally. Is there chance to save the tooth.
