Tooth and Mouth Problems

Have this this weird spot above my lip area that is really concerning & I'm wondering if it's a cold sore. I've never experienced one before so i have no idea. Also my bottom lip feels a little chapped but not noticeably so. It doesn't look like any beginning stage pics online & i haven't knowingly come in contact with someone that had one either. I'm especially concerned becaue if it is, i would like to take the the necessary steps to take care of it as i have a wedding to attend this weekend.
