Tooth and Mouth Problems

I had gone through composite filling on the right upper first molar. After filling its been almost three weeks.. But while brushing I feel tingling and a little pain.feels like the nerve gets bothered. When I rub my finger around the filling part I feel the tingling and mild pain. It's same pain when during drilling the tooth I felt when the doctor drilled little deeper. The cavity was deep. Is it the sign for root canal? During the session eight teeth went through filing all were upper and lower molars and out of which my lower right first molar was a rct. First picture us before filling of my teeth. Suffering from pain in my wisdom tooth since 2-3 day,not able to eat anything ..not even able to open my mouth fully...i had taken paracetamol and amoxyclav for the same but my problem not get resolved instead increased further.

There's a very small black spot on my tooth. I have no idea if that is cavity or anything else stuck. I noticed that black line 3 days back from today. Please help me cure this.

Hi, My front tooth broke about 15 years back. I visited a doctor nd he diagnosed via x-ray that the bone in my gums has not grown back so implant cannot be done. He recommended me tooth bridge. He said that tooth bridge can sustain life long which costs around 6000 per tooth. I want to now if the tooth bridge can sustain life on or needs to be replaced every 5-10 years ?

My teeths back side is brown colour because I am a chain smoker, also use to chew tobacco before. Want to polish my teeths.

Redness inner cheek comes and goes and small tiny granules cold sore like persistent on inner cheek.
