My lower front teeth have a gap - black trisngle. It's constantly sensitive and my tongue keeps pushing it. The sensitivity is causing lot of problem. Please see attached photo and advise.

this is a typical case of trauma from occlusion...ideally upper teeth should be outside and lower teeth should be inside..but due to cross bite, your upper teeth is inside and lower teeth is outside due to which you have lost your gum hence causing black triangle and sensitivity....please visit a prosthodontist or orthodontist for correction of cross bite....
