Dear , Child is very young hence please do not try self medication. Visit a pedodontist and get your child examined. Zytee is for adults and it certainly does not play any role in fungal infection.
Next Steps
Visit a good pedodontist (child specialist for dental needs)

How do you know it's fungal infection? In case of children you have to be real careful and Zytee gel is not for fungal infection. You need to visit a specialist personally and avoid online consultation in case of child especially.
Next Steps
Please visit an Oral Medicine specialist.
