Can brushing after breakfast cause any harm??? Is it harmful to brush after breakfast??? ... Can it affect health???

Pain in teeth continuesly , from 3-4 days I got check up and doctor is recommended root canal transplant so I am searching for good doc as my earlier experience was not good

I had gaps in front teeth.so my dentist has filled it by putting new ceramic teeth, however now the new teeth are more white and looks fake and people can easily make out. Is there any way i can make the ceramic teeth less white or my natural teeth more white like ceramic ones. Please help

How can i fix my top lip that moves to the right side when i talk? Also my left side of the face is more wider than my right side. Teeth on the right side are on the upward side which makes my smile elevated while teeth on the left side are on the down side due to which left lip looks below. It hinders my speaking skills and confidence. I also have TMJ disorder,I experience clicking and popping sound. Right now I am undergoing a orthodontics treatment. Please help further as I am not comfortable with my current doctor. He doesn't takes all of my problems.
