There is a black spot on my inside cheek since 3 months. It is not painful but it's freaking me out. I'm scared if it is cancer. And i want to know the cause of this.

Hi, I had a root canal done on an upper right molar 10 years ago. The crown came off around 3 years back. Around a week ago, another dentist cleaned and filled the tooth, took impression for a new crown. From yesterday, I am having an ulcer exactly at the root tip of that tooth. I went back to the dentist this morning and she assured it's not a fistula/infection, but looks more like an ulcer. But, I am still worried. Is it possible to get an infection after 10 years of root canal? Kindly help.

I had my braces off a month ago, I had to wait a week for retainers during that week my front teeth moved and a gap formed. Once I got my retainers the week later they weren’t done properly m. The gap still didn’t close with the retainer so he made me a new pair of retainers. My gap closed but my front teeth are one longer than the other. He is now making me a new set of retainers again which close my teeth faster and he said it’ll fix the issue of one tooth longer than the other. Your opinion?
