Tooth and Mouth Problems

I had done root canal and weared new cap tooth.but after 3 years the cap fell off.The tooth decayed and paining

Since 7-8 month ago black(bluish spot found on side of my tounge also spoures on tounge and some times its burning need your advice

I accidentally bit my inner lip and it has swollen to become quite big and I am having difficulty eating and talking. What should I do?

Every so often I'll get ulcer in same place reoccurring quite big, and same time one lymphnode on same side swells up, the lymph node only on that side has swelled up more than a couple of times in last 6 months. Worried mouth cancer which might seem ott but how would I find out / what do you think? Thanks

I had a sore throat last week and it was completely reddish. My uvula got inflated that time and I felt like its touching my tongue. Now I am feeling normal but I can see still my uvula is enlarged then normal size and tip looks black. and I can see right side tonsil is little swollen.

My jaw deviates to right side on opening mouth and it deviates to left side on closing mouth. I also listen a clicking sound from my right side of jaw during opening mouth. I feel my left jaw is much more mobile than that of my right jaw. I feel difficulty during opening mouth and difficulty in breathing during sleeping on my back. I feel my facial muscles are very tight and tired. I have also neck pain and back pain. So please tell me what should I do now and can you suggest any special exercise for this condition? Please help me.

One of my front teeth has gone little inside compared to other teeths. Is it possible to do tooth filling in the outer position of that teeth or you have any alternative method to do this. Please advise.
