By the descriptions given by you it seems to be a precancerous condition which is very common due to the tobacco use in either way of chewing or smoking, first of all u need to stop the use of tobacco, there are treatment options surgically or non surgically if its proven as leukoplakia by weither seeing the clinical features or by performing a biopsy and then get a report to confirm it, non surgical treatmnt options r consuming dark green vegetables or fruits like papaya, spinach, orange or yellowish fruits or vegetables like orange, if its confirmed as the mentioned lesion the dentist u hav gone to visit may prescribe u antioxidant probably n other medications if needed, bt most importantly u must visit a dentist, have a gud tim ahead,
Hi, white spots and white lesions of the mouth may be simple and can be treated with simple medication. But sometimes they may be associated with precancerous conditions. Consult ur dentist immediately and get a biopsy done .
White spots on the tongue could be related to many conditions.. Smoking is the most commonly related! So the first step is to stop smoking and consult a dentist soon!
Surely see your dentist and get a dental check up done
Also please stop smoking as quitting the habit will the prime thing to start reducing the white patches
