Severe pain in tooth
I am experiencing severe pain in bottom left last tooth. It has a small cavity. There is no swelling or infection. The pain starts and stays for few minutes. Then stops. Again starts in some time. This is going on since last night. I am able to eat from that side when there is no pain. Please suggest some medication.

Hi sir...   Pain indicates that the cavity reaches pulpal layer(Nerve layer)...   Get x_ray(IOPA) of the concerned tooth done... Based on radiographic investigation we can conclude whether you need simple filling or Root canal treatment.. You can take Tab Flexon 1_1_1x3 days   for pain relief
Next Steps
kindly visit nearby dentist for furthur consultation and management
Health Tips
Medication is only temporary relief......Get the treatment as soon as possible for permanent relief..

Get an X-ray done. Accordingly your dentist may advise you to either do a root canal or an extraction if it’s the wisdom tooth. If it is not too deep, a filling is also an option depending on the condition of the tooth
