Tooth and Mouth Problems

Sir i had brackets for one complete year and after removing them for last 1 year i have observed that my teeth are turning pale yellow which stops me from laughing unhesitatingly. What can be done? Suggest any medicine.

There are numerous small red/white bumps on my tongue. It gives ticklish feeling normally but when I eat spicy food, it pains a lot. I have this now for more than 3 weeks.

5 yrs ago I did root canal for my last tooth (before wisdom tooth) / left side bottom. Recently I was suffering from sensitivity in the same tooth. Doctor has advised to put the crown (cap) on the tooth which I did root canal. Before this, he advised me to remove wisdom tooth which is impacted & it is removed 1 week ago. And doctor told that he will put crown for root canaled tooth after 1 week. Now I am suffering from severe pain in root canaled tooth & upper tooth. When i checked with doctor, he told that both my teeths are ok. Nothing to be worried & he prescribed pain killer & muco pain gel. I took those tablets for 1 week & gel for 2 days. Still the pain has not gone. I m not satisfied with doctor's ans. What could be the reason which is causing tje pain for my root canaled tooth & upper tooth ? Feeling severe toothache in right upper n lower jaws from last week, especially while lying down. This is not continuous, but intermittent. Sometimes felt like heavy heartbeats in jaws. Highly irritable in front teeth. Full mouth x-ray done, advised rct for inner teeth, right upper 7,6 n right lower 6. After that left upper. I ate sugarcane and tried to break walnut 10-15 days before the toothache started. I want to know the reason of severe toothache, especially front teeth, while lying down only and occasion on sitting positions also. And your previous advise for proceeding further as per my present condition and available options. X-ray is attached for your reference.

I had ceaserin delivary on Dec 2017 after 15 days after my delivery I had tmj problem on my left side I visited orthodontist suggested to wear splint on night time to upper teeth from past 6 months I am using that splint but some times I am having pain near my ear and under my left eye..please give me suggestions what to do?

Swelling after 24 hours,is it normal , precautions to be taken and any necessary measures to reduce the swelling quickly.

Sir, I have a deep cut on the side of tongue due to sharpness of my one teeth which has silver filling in it. My dentist although grinded the side and prescribed me Candid Paint, zincovit M for leukopallakia in buccal mucosa. But side cuts of my tongue is not heeling! It is almost 20 days passed. Please advice.

On 30th Jan, one of the Wisdom teeth has been removed. Since then i am experiencing sensitivity in that area. I am using sens paste like putting the paste for 30 mins. But the effect goes away in an hour. Then again I am experience the same problem like while drinking (cold)water and eating something sweet. What should I do and how much should I use that paste ? I have been doing gargle. My doctor says sensitivity will occur and the last teeth is exposed. Help me please
