Hello mam..
Wisdom teeth is one that fails to erupt in its normal position in the given period of time..
CONSEQUENCE OF WISDOM TEETH:
**Pericoronitis(Gum swelling and bleeding)
**Trismus(DIFFICULTY IN OPENING THE MOUTH)
**Soreness of jaw
**Bad breathe
**ulceration of gums due to irritation from cusp of wisdom teeth
You need to remove the tooth followed by Analgesics and Antibiotics for permanent relief
Next Steps

Hi
Wisdom tooth is a extra molar which won't be useful in chewing and esthetics.if its giving pain and gum infection better go for removal immediately. Take tablet ketoral DT for pain relief .Use mouth rinse too.
For now if its painful follow two important things
1.gargle that area with warm water and saline
2. Maintain oral hygiene after eating
3. Put laung in that area.
But visit the dentist as soon as possible.
U can also take ketorol dt for now.
