Inflammation in inner cheek
Hi doctor.
I have infection or inflammation inside my mouth. That is in my inner cheek (pics attached)
It's there from almost 25 days. I got my b12 and D3 report, 123 and 23 respectively. But want to know wat exactly has happened. I visited couple of dentist but somehow was not convinced.

My orthodontic doctor told me to keep the elastic on my finger during eating. But i keep them in a pot during eating because I feel more comfortable . Why did my doctor told me to wear elastic on my finger? What should I do?
