Hello sir.... Based on the picture it looks like you have infected anterior teeth due to deposits which causes spread of infection through the gums and cause GUM INFLAMMATION..... you need to take x-ray of the involved teeth to confirm any periapical inflammation.... you need to go complete scaling ( teeth cleaning).. If x-ray shows any periapical infection then root canal also has to be done for the involved teeth
Next Steps
kindly visit dentist for furthur clinical examination and management

The picture is not very clear..it could be the ulcer. For swollen gums, you need to get scaling done. Swelling in gums occur due to deposits on the teeth. Continue brushing... Contact me through online consultation as more details are required.

The lesion seems to be an ulcer. it occurs due to trauma or stress. It has a cycle of 2 weeks ... 1 week it will increase and other week it will reduce. Drink lots of water, have multivitamins and you can use ultigel over it. For symptomatic relief you can apply mucopain gel.
