Tooth and Mouth Problems

Will tongue gets white if am seeing in mirror regularly... At morning time after brushing it looks good, but at evng it gets white inner tongue

My left side of the mouth above the below between the teeth there is a red patch and the skin is also read also pain some time and today it's very much paining and I also consulted for general physician they suggested for goggles in salt water for 2 times and given tab combiflame for 2 days what are the symptoms and how long this would be what are the medicine to be taken to get the problem fixed... Please help

For R1 is there any alternative to extraction? For R2, filling would suffice or do i need an RCT? Please let me know.

Hi Actually my 9 yrs old son is having severe pain in 2nd last below side tooth. As he plucked with toothpick and small portion of his cavity tooth got removed and having severe pain .. alreasy applied clove oil and given a pain killer also..

Dentist doctor think it's pericoronitis and remove my wisdom teeth but still swollen exist and again he told us to get infection injection for 5 days we did, but still the same swellen, what will be the best option and to consult again, please help me dear doctor.
