Tooth and Mouth Problems

My left upper gum near the back of the mouth is swollen. It is painfull while swallowing. When I press it feels like a bone bulging out.

My tooth in front upper jaw has a space, so do I need to use the braces? Or should do I go to dentist or orthodontist?

I am 22 yr male. I am having dental hygiene problem, even after i brush i have bad breath. I started brushing twice a day and i need some clarity regarding the usage of mouthwash. Should i use the mouthwash 2 or 3 times a day, right after brushing the teeth in morning (or) after breakfast...after lunch...after dinner. Suggest any small tips to add to my daily routine.
