I am just wondering that can grinding of my teeth make my teeth sensitive to cold air or may be other causes?

Yes they surely can as while grinding u loose on ur top layer, enamel n the second layer of teeth , dentin is exposed which is more sensitive to hot n cold

yes, you may loose the top protective layer of your teeth which is enamel, and will further lead to sensitivity. Visit a dentist to assess the damage and get a night guard atleast to prevent further damage.
