Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have gum pain on both sides and my right side cheek is swollen and sometimes my jaw also pains. Dentist says gum inflammation and i should check with ENT for sinus. what makes my cheek to swollen on one side is it gum problem or any other serious issues.?

I got my last tooth filled just 10months ago. it started giving pinching pain even on drinking water since two weeks.i can see two needle size decay just beside the filling. Please suggest

I have been suffering from tmj disorder problem since more than 1 year and also my treatment is going on. Now I can chew food more easily than before, my facial shape is regaining its normal shape and my bite is becoming normal slowly. Are these the signs of curing from tmj disorder? Will i be completely normal?what should be the treatment plan according to you? Please help me for better hope.

Hello, I got cavity in my grinding teeth and it's almost gone just left with a layer. And cavity is in the initial stage of left side grinding teeth. I would like to have them removed and go for dental implant. Please advise what would be the approximate cost and how long the implant process would be? Also advise does cavity occur even on artificial tooth? Thanks

I had braces back in 2017 for almost 6 months, although they corrected most of the croocked teeth,but still teeth are croocked and not up to the expectations,I feels odd even when I smile,I want teeth to be corrected and aligned properly,so please suggest any treatment,I am ready for any treatment,I mean braces etc.please help me.

My wisdom tooth is on nerve as per  CBCT report, I have asked to remove the same but 1 % chances are of damaging nerve. What other options are available to avoid nerve damage.
