Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have swelling under my left ear near jaw. Pains when pressed hard. And swollen left submandibular lymph node. Also my left tonsil is swollen. And having a pain right from my lower third molar, tonsil, ear and jaw. My wisdom tooth is impacted and there's tooth decay as well. I took augmentin 625 but no improvement. I have attached photo as well. Is this pain because of the teeth. I am a smoker as well.

I feel the sides of my tongue are sore. There is no pain or anything normally, but when my tongue brushes against my lower molars, or i press my tongue against the lower molars, there seems to be a sting that i feel.
