Hello mam.. after filling go for soft food items for 3 days... do not bite any hard food items in that filling side for 3 days... avoid the food items which is too hot and too cold...avoid sticky food items...

Therz no such rule written in any book , only if u have done composite filling in anteriors itz recommended to avoid coffee and tea , because it may cause stain in the composites . But that may not be possible in real life. Hope this helps

Hello.You just avoid hard and sticky food for 24 hours..and cold acidic beverages for 24 hours..Other elements you can eat..Not to worry

Any food is fine.... Just see that it's not hard. For 2-3 days you need to avoid hard foods like sugarcane, guava, etc. Also avoid too hot or too cold stuffs.

hloo mam after filling and polishing there no such precaution to be take if you have good quality of filling got done and if its a intermediate filling then sticky food not be taken much onto that side
