Scaling and poliahing is the procedure to clean your teeth... It ll remove extrinsic stainscoffee, tea, smoking stains) and deposits(plaque and calculus) .. The charges starts from. Rs.800 and it ll be done within 15 -30 minutes

Scaling starts from 800 INR and goes up to even 2000 depending upon your oral conditions, amount of deposit and stains.
It takes 30minutes to 2 hours.... Based on the amount of deposit n stain.
If it's too much it might need two seatings.
